1. Login to backend
2. Click Components -> Hikashop
3. Click System -> Shipping Method
4. Click "New"
5. Click "Hikashop manual shipping plugins"
6. Fill in the field as image attach below. The price need to add based on your shipping rules per kg. Lastly click save.
