1. Team can try to install the apps and do testing whether the apps can be downloaded properly
2. If the apps can be downloaded nicely, that's mean the customer IP already been blocked, need to ask Icore to unblock.
3. Need to check is it being blocked by entire Singapore.
4. Ask singapore users to test download.
5. May need to change domain, migrate and change plugin URL.
