1. Login to administrator site.
2. Go to Content -> Site Modules.
* Change Live Chat details
1) Search for live chat.
2) Go to Setting tab.
3) Scroll down to see each of them and see which one is using. Show for those using, and fill in or edit the details.
If not using, choose No.
After make the changes, click Save to apply.
* Change Bottom Contact Details
1) Search for the contact title.
2) Click Edit with Backend Editor.
3) To edit each of the item, click on the item.
4) Edit the content, and click Save.
* If phone or email, need to right click the link and edit.
Fixed format for each Url:
phone number - tel:
email - mailto:
