1. Log into backend
2. Go extensions -> modules
3. Refer to the bottom part that want to change and search the name, and click the name
4. Click the icon for the add on that want to be edited
5. For phone number, select the phone number
6. Click the link icon
7. Change the phone number
8. Ok -> apply -> save
9. For email, select the email
10. Click the link icon
11. Change the email
12. Ok -> apply -> save
13. For address, select the address
14. Change the address
15. Ok -> apply -> save
