1. Log into administrator backend --> https://chongdentist.com/administrator
2. Go to Content --> Articles
3. Click "New" button
4. Key in blog title, choose "SP Page Builder" and select category to "Dental Blog"
5. Under "Images and Links" tab, select & upload images for thumbnail
Recommeded image size: 1000 x 700 pixel, to avoid frontend layout out of position.
6. Once done, click "Save" 1st
7. After that, go back to "Content", click "Add New Row"
8. Choose 1st option
9. Click "Addon"
10. Search for "Text Block" and click on it
11. You can key in the title & content
12. Once done, scroll down to click "Apply"
13. Click "Save" then done
