I already install and publish the userpoint but it didn't show. How to fix it?

Method 1 - Check your userpoint option
- Go to backend->Plugins and search "user point". The click "HikaShop User Points plugin"
- Make sure these two option field value is same with the picture below. If "Display points on control panel" is "No". Then system won't show the point. If "Show points" is not "AltaUserPoints", then system won't display the user's point in the altauserpoints
Method 2 - Check css
- Click F12 or choose "inspect" by clicking the right click. Search a class name call "hk-well hikashop_user_points_cpanel" by using F5. Then, go to the right side to find is there any css hide the userpoint. The example below is show that this usepoint is "display:none" which mean that is been hided.
- Hover the css file name it will show the file location. Go to that file location and comment that code.
