How to restrict user to view on certain part

Here is the additional of the restriction user to view on the backend certain part view 

1)  Create a new usergroup, example -> Syabas. Make sure it under "Registered" usergroup 
*don't use common name like special 


2.  Then, assign Syabas into special viewing access level



3.  Next go to System -> Global Configuration. Change "Administrator Login" to allowed for the Syabas usergroup


4.  Next choose which component you just want to show for Syabas usergroup, example they only can see component "Syabas Application Form". Next click "Options" button to change the permission


5. Go to permissions, and change to "Allowed" for syabas usergroup
