1. First, Click "New" to add a new Shipping Fee.
2. Choose "HikaShop manual shipping plugin".
3. Name the shipping method. For example, "Manual Shipping (West) 3.01kg - 4.00kg".
* include the weight range for easy identification
4. In the Generic Configuration section, set the shipping fee Price.
The reason for setting it to RM 8.3 is because:
- For the first 3kg, the charge is RM 7.
- For each additional kg, the charge is RM 1.3.
- Therefore, for 3.01kg to 4.00kg, the total is RM 7 + RM 1.3 = RM 8.3.

In the Zone field, choose "West Malaysia".

Set the Currency to "RM MYR".
You may also set a minimum and maximum price if the shipping method is available only for orders within a specific price range.
7. Set the Minimum quantity to '1', meaning at least 1 item.
*You can set a maximum quantity to restrict orders over a certain amount from using this shipping method.
8. Set the Minimum weight and Maximum weight based on your requirements.

For example, this shipping method is only for weights between 3.01kg and 4.00kg
9. Lastly, remember to click the button"Save".
10. After saving, your shipping methods should be displayed on the 'Shipping Methods' page.
