1. First, need to make sure the license is the image file. If the file is pdf you need to convert to image
2. To convert image can online tools converter : https://www.ilovepdf.com/pdf_to_jpg
3. Download the images
4. Then go backend, click SP Page Builder -> Pages
5. Click in to edit
6. Find the license row
7. Click inside if want to edit the image
8. If create new just duplicate the addon by click "clone"
9. Then click edit and change the license image
10. Click Choose Your Image button
11. Need upload the file images first
12. Choose the file, make sure in image file
13. After done click the image and "Insert"
14. New image will be uploaded and scroll down click "Apply"
15. Click "Save" button
16. If want to delete any just click delete
