When user login by using facebook, it occur this problem and redirect user to register.

The problem is Facebook didn't send back the user's Facebook email to you so system cannot generate the user. The reason that didn't send back is your Facebook app didn't request "email" permission to "Advanced Access"
Thus, you need to go to the Facebook Develop App and go to request "email" permission to "Advanced Access".
If the problem still there, check if the Allow User Registration is enabled. Need to be Yes
If after all correct, show this error. "Could not create a new user on our site: 发送注册邮件时出现错误. 相关信息已经发送给网站管理员."
Check to ensure Allow social login to non-linked accounts
